Say you found the perfect piece of land perched atop a cliff – what would you do there? Build something? If you’re like the enterprising couple Fotini and Nestor Levitis, who bought the land 22 years ago when it was merely a bed of black rocks, you’d build windmills and transform them into luxury villas. You’d bring in some colour to the stark white mills with a liberal splash of green, blue and lilac, and add your personal touch to the décor and furnishings. Then you’d design a practical, well-equipped kitchen to make life easy.
